About Kimberley Park
Recreation Facilities
During those sweltering summer months, the swimming pool here becomes the neighborhood hot spot (or should we say cool spot?). With diving boards for the adventurous and a zero-depth entry water playground, everyone from tiny tots to serious swimmers can find their happy place in the water.
Sports enthusiasts will find several options here. The baseball/softball diamond hosts everything from casual weekend games to more competitive matchups. There's also a basketball court for shooting hoops, but heads up - the outdoor court could use some TLC at the moment.
If solo workouts are more your style, you'll appreciate the fitness or par course scattered within the grounds. The walking trails wind through natural surroundings, excellent for your morning jog, afternoon stroll, or just clearing your head while getting some steps in. The expansive walking areas make connecting with nature effortlessly accessible.
Amenities
Gathering the crew for an outdoor feast? The picnic areas come equipped with tables and grills, making them perfect spots for family reunions, birthday celebrations, or just a spontaneous weekend cookout.
Kids will make a beeline for the playground, a well-maintained area where they can climb, slide, and burn off that boundless energy. It's a sanity-saver for parents and a joy factory for the little ones.
And yes, the practical stuff matters too - you'll find clean restroom facilities and drinking fountains around the park for when nature calls or thirst strikes.
