Wildwood Park

Wildwood Park is a 34-acre natural area located along the western bank of Euclid Creek in Cleveland, Ohio. The park is part of the larger Euclid Creek Reservation managed by Cleveland Metroparks. It offers visitors access to Lake Erie and various recreational opportunities.

The park features a 650-foot sandy beach along Lake Erie's shoreline, providing a place for visitors to enjoy the water and relax. Wildwood Park is known as an angler's paradise, with a boat launch that allows access to Lake Erie for fishing enthusiasts. The park offers opportunities to fish for walleye and yellow perch in Lake Erie during summer months, as well as access to Euclid Creek for steelhead fishing in spring.

Two lengthy rock breakwalls extend into Lake Erie, accommodating shore anglers and providing scenic views of the lake. The park also includes hiking trails that wind through wooded areas, offering visitors a chance to explore nature and observe local wildlife.

Wildwood Park is connected to the 17-mile Cleveland Lakefront Bike Trail, which traces the Lake Erie shoreline and provides access to other nearby parks and attractions. The park's location makes it a popular spot for both recreational activities and nature appreciation.
