Sutton Place Park

A Neighborhood Green

Sutton Place Park serves as the backyard playground for the 235 homes that make up the Sutton Place neighborhood in northeast Norman, Oklahoma. It's a green space that belongs to the community in a pretty literal sense.

Fun for the Little Ones

Maintained by the City of Norman, the park features a welcoming playground that's become a favorite spot for neighborhood children. Kids can climb, swing, and slide to their hearts' content while parents take a well-deserved breather nearby.

The generous open grassy areas around the park provide plenty of room to kick a soccer ball around, play a casual game of catch, or simply let the little ones burn off some energy.

A Peaceful Pond

Perhaps the park's most serene feature is the tranquil pond in the southwest corner of the neighborhood. A walking track circles the water, meant for those looking to get their steps in while enjoying the scenery. If you're feeling patient, grab your fishing gear and try your luck with some catch-and-release fishing in the stocked waters.
