Ferndale Park

Natural Setting

Ferndale Park is an undeveloped park property located in the Santa Clara area of Eugene, Oregon. The park spans approximately 4 acres and is situated on Ferndale Drive, west of River Road at the intersection with Ferndale Drive.

As an undeveloped park, Ferndale Park retains much of its natural character. The property features open grassy areas interspersed with native vegetation. A large stormwater swale has been added to the park, serving an important environmental function for the surrounding neighborhood.

Recreation Opportunities

While the park lacks formal recreational facilities, its undeveloped state provides opportunities for passive recreation and nature appreciation. Local residents can enjoy activities such as walking, bird watching, and enjoying the natural surroundings.
