Carraway Park at the Riverwalk is an all-inclusive playground located in West Columbia, South Carolina. The park is situated near one of the entrances to the West Columbia Riverwalk, offering visitors easy access to both recreational areas.

Carraway Park is located near Hudson Street in West Columbia, just across from the Riverwalk. While the parking lot is relatively small and can fill up during peak times, additional parking is available in the nearby Court Street Parking Garage.

Its proximity to local eateries, shops, and the Art Park makes it a convenient spot for family outings. Visitors should note that while the playground equipment is excellent, it receives direct sunlight and can get hot during summer months.

Unique Features

The park includes thoughtful details like pennies embedded in railings and fossils on rocks that children enjoy discovering. Many visitors consider Carraway Park to be among the best playgrounds in the Columbia area, particularly for families with young children and those with special needs.
