Trails for Everyone

The park is laced with hike and bike trails that connect seamlessly to the broader Brushy Creek Regional Trail system, stretching about 7-8 miles in total. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a brisk jog, these paved and crushed granite paths accommodate all activity levels. For the more adventurous souls, several off-road trails offer mountain biking challenges ranging from beginner-friendly to more technical routes.

The lake isn't just pretty to look at - it's meant to be enjoyed. A fishing pier extends into the water, giving anglers an ideal spot to cast their lines (though catches can be unpredictable). If you're more into paddling, non-motorized boats are welcome, with a convenient boat launch for your canoe or kayak. Good to Know

The park welcomes early birds at 5:30 AM and closes at 10 PM daily. Clean restrooms are available near the playgrounds and parking areas. While parking is free and generally plentiful, the park does get crowded on weekends and during nice weather, so arriving early is a smart move if you want your choice of parking spots and picnic tables.
