Denia Park

Recreational Facilities

Denia Park is a 23.52-acre community park located in Denton, Texas. The park features a variety of recreational facilities and amenities for visitors of all ages to enjoy.

At the heart of Denia Park are its sports facilities, which include four softball fields with batting cages, three half basketball courts, and a multi-purpose field that can be used for soccer and other activities. The park also has a recently installed playground for children.

Trails and Courts

For those looking to exercise or take a stroll, Denia Park offers a 0.63-mile concrete trail that winds through the grounds. Visitors can also make use of the park's futsal court, which is a variant of soccer played on a hard court.

Picnic Areas and Amenities

Picnic areas are available throughout the park, with benches, picnic tables, and a small pavilion providing spots for visitors to relax or enjoy a meal outdoors. The park also features grills for cookouts.

Denia Park is equipped with parking lots to accommodate visitors arriving by car. For safety and convenience, the park has security lighting and drinking fountains installed.

Future Improvements

The City of Denton Parks and Recreation Department maintains Denia Park and has plans for future improvements, including expanding the trail system, upgrading irrigation, enhancing the softball fields, and improving landscaping throughout the park.
