The park underwent significant improvements in 2020, particularly to its playground area. One Eleven Ranch Park boasts the largest shelter in the Garland park system, making it an ideal location for gatherings and events.
The shelter, known as One Eleven Ranch Pavilion, can accommodate up to 200 people and is available for rent.
