Iduma Park isn't huge, but it has a spacious open area well-suited for tossing a frisbee, kicking a ball around, or just sprawling out on the grass with a good book. The park houses a full-sized basketball court plus a smaller one specifically designed for younger players still working on their game.

Chill Spots

When hunger strikes, head to one of the covered picnic areas scattered across the park. There are two main pavilions where you can escape the Texas sun, with the larger one offering three tables - fantastic for birthday parties or casual family gatherings. Just a heads up: you'll need to bring your own portable grill if you're planning a cookout, and there aren't any restrooms on site, so plan accordingly.

Behind the main area, you'll discover a generous fenced field that's ideal for letting your four-legged friends burn off some energy. Iduma Park sits on Iduma Elementary School property but is sectioned off and open to the public. It's a clean, peaceful space without fancy amenities. It's particularly well-suited for families with younger children, offering a safe, convenient spot where neighborhood kids can play and adults can enjoy some fresh air without venturing far from home.
