Arrowhead Park spreads out into a lovely green space, featuring sports practice fields that you can use whenever they're free - just show up and claim your spot. There's plenty of room here for throwing a frisbee, practicing drills, or just running around with friends.

If you're into shooting hoops, you'll appreciate the basketball courts, while the multi-use court gives you flexibility for different activities. Baseball fans haven't been forgotten either - there's a practice backstop for working on your pitching and hitting skills. And if soccer is more your thing, you can find space for that too, whether you're looking to improve your footwork or organize a casual game.

Family Fun

Kids will light up when they see the Miracle playground, specially designed for little ones ages 2 and up. It's a safe space where children can climb, slide, and let their imaginations run wild.

When snack time rolls around or you just need a breather, head over to the picnic tables or relax under the shade pavilion - well-suited for a family lunch or just taking a moment to enjoy the surroundings. Just a heads up: you'll want to plan bathroom breaks before your visit, as there are no public restrooms in the park.

Nature & Pathways

Need to stretch your legs or get some steps in? The park offers a modest hike and bike trail measuring about 0.25 miles. This simple walking loop is well-suited for a quick jog or teaching the kids to ride their bikes in a safe environment.

One of the park's nicest features is its good tree coverage, providing welcome shade on hot Texas days. The open grassy areas invite impromptu games or just lounging with a good book. There's also an interesting hill near the school area that adds some character to the landscape. The park has a peaceful vibe overall, however keep in mind there's no lighting for evening visits, so plan to wrap up your activities before dusk.
