Situated in Sugar Land, Texas, First Colony Park spans a generous 22 acres of public recreation space. This local space is popular with both sports enthusiasts and families looking to enjoy some quality time outdoors.

Baseball Heaven

Baseball facilities are a major feature of this park. The park features nine baseball fields. Evening practices and games? No problem - seven fields come with lighting for those sunset sessions, while two remain unlighted for daytime play only.

Need to perfect that swing? The park also features several batting cages where players can work on their technique before heading to the diamond.

Beyond Baseball

While baseball might take center stage, First Colony Park doesn't stop there. Soccer enthusiasts can enjoy the dedicated soccer field that offers a change of pace from America's favorite pastime.

Families will appreciate the universally accessible playground with modern rubber surfacing instead of traditional mulch - a thoughtful touch that ensures kids of all abilities can join in the fun. Conference Center

For those special events that require indoor space, the park houses the Clyde and Nancy Jacks Conference Center. This 3,000 square foot facility can accommodate up to 125 guests and is available for reservation. No matter if you're planning a community meeting, a birthday celebration, or another gathering, this versatile space adds another dimension to what the park offers.
