Spread across this green space are multi-purpose fields well-suited for whatever outdoor activity you might have in mind. No matter if you're looking to toss a frisbee, kick a ball around, or just find some room to stretch out, there's plenty of open space for it all.

You might spot local rugby teams practicing or playing matches on occasion. There are soccer goals at the back of the park too, but fair warning - the field isn't perfectly flat in some spots.

Nature lovers will appreciate the small trail that connects to the larger Jordan River Trail network. It's fantastic for a casual stroll or morning jog, and the nearby Jordan River adds a peaceful natural backdrop to your outdoor experience.

The Basics

Kids will enjoy the playground with equipment that's kept in good shape and clean. It's especially good for the younger ones who need to burn off some energy.

Restrooms are available when you need them, however they typically close during the winter months. If you're planning a casual get-together, the picnic areas provide nice spots to enjoy a meal in the fresh air.

Dog owners seem to love this park too - you'll often see people playing fetch with their four-legged friends in the open areas.

One of the nice things about this park is its relatively quiet atmosphere. It's a good place to escape the city buzz without actually leaving the city.

You can visit daily between 6AM and 10PM.
