Three well-maintained tennis courts anchor the park's athletic offerings, drawing plenty of local tennis players throughout the week. If you're into pickleball (and who isn't these days?), you'll be happy to find overlaid lines to accommodate this increasingly addictive paddle sport.

Just beside the tennis area sits a full-size basketball court where you can shoot some hoops or join a pickup game. Keep in mind that these courts are situated on the park's lower level, so you'll need to take the stairs to access them.

Playground Area

The playground at Cherry Crest Mini Park is a hit with families, offering enough variety to keep kids entertained. Little ones can enjoy swings, hop on the whimsical dragonfly seesaw, conquer the frog climbing structure, or zoom down slides on the main play equipment.

You can find street parking available around the perimeter, plus a few dedicated spaces (including some handicap-accessible spots) at the park itself.

Note that there are no restroom facilities here, so plan accordingly. The park's interesting segmented layout means you can't see all areas from a single vantage point - something to keep in mind if you're visiting with children who need supervision.
