Meadow Wood Park

Peaceful Neighborhood Retreat

Meadow Wood Park is a little two-acre space at the corner of Forest Drive and SE 60th Street in Bellevue that offers a breath of fresh air from the daily grind. This modest green space might not be the largest park around, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in tranquility.

With its thoughtful blend of open lawns and landscaped areas, you'll find yourself surrounded by just the right balance of manicured beauty and natural space to stretch out and unwind.

Children's Play Area

If you've got little ones in tow, the preschool play area is where the magic happens. Kids absolutely love the hillside slide that cleverly uses the park's natural slopes to create that perfect swoosh moment. Trust us, the excited giggles are guaranteed!

The tire swing is another hit with the younger crowd, complete with play platforms that encourage imaginative adventures. It's just enough equipment to keep preschoolers entertained without overwhelming them.

Recreation Opportunities

Need to clear your head or get those steps in? The park's pedestrian loop trail winds through the grounds, offering a fantastic little pathway for a quick jog or a contemplative walk. Nothing fancy - just a pleasant route that lets you appreciate the surroundings.

The open lawn area is wonderfully versatile too. Toss a frisbee, spread out a picnic blanket, or simply lie back and watch the clouds drift by. Sometimes the simplest pleasures are the most satisfying.
