Natural Charm

Just as you'd expect, Plum Tree Park features an actual plum tree - a lovely touch of nature amidst the city hustle.

There's also a modest lawn area next to the playground, excellent for stretching out with a book or tossing a frisbee around.

Play Zone

Kids will enjoy the compact playground with its slide and climbing structures - nothing fancy, but definitely enough to burn off some energy.

What makes this park stand out is its creative use of telephone pole stubs. These wooden cylinders, cut at different heights and arranged in neat rows, aren't just decorative - they're functional play elements.

They spiral through a sandy area creating natural stairs, seats, and climbing challenges that kids seem to love exploring.

Park Perks

If you're into shooting some hoops, check out the alleyway basketball hoop where locals often gather for impromptu games.

You'll find several benches scattered throughout when you need a moment to catch your breath or just watch the world go by.

One of our favorite quirky features is the drinking fountain with a nearby stub that not only helps small children reach the water but has apparently become a favorite perch for local squirrels too!
