Waunona Park is a 5.13-acre neighborhood park situated on the south side of Madison, Wisconsin, near the shores of Lake Monona and the Lake Monona Bike Path. It offers a variety of recreational facilities for visitors to enjoy.

For sports enthusiasts, there is a full-size basketball court with an asphalt surface, though it is not lighted. Tennis players and pickleball enthusiasts can make use of the two asphalt tennis/pickleball courts that serve both sports. These courts are also not lighted.

While there are no restroom facilities in the shelter, drinking water is available in the park. It's worth noting that alcohol consumption is prohibited within the park boundaries.
