About the Location
Soccer Fields
Merrimack Park splits into two distinct areas: one with traditional grass fields and another featuring turf. The grass section boasts 10 well-lit soccer fields (numbered 1-10) that cater to players of all skill levels and can handle the bustle of large tournaments.
If you're heading to the turf section, you'll come across four additional illuminated fields (11-14). These artificial turf fields are particularly handy when Mother Nature doesn't cooperate, providing a reliable playing surface regardless of recent weather.
Facilities
No need to stress about parking - the complex has room for up to 500 vehicles, so you'll likely find a spot without much trouble. On the east side sits the Administration Building, which is the park's hub.
Inside this building, you'll discover the main office, a spacious meeting room with restrooms, a full-service concession area for when hunger strikes, and a dedicated lounge for referees. If you're looking to enjoy your snacks outdoors, picnic tables are conveniently scattered near the concession area and at both the north and south ends of the building.
Location
You'll come across this soccer haven at the intersection of Triana Boulevard and Linden Avenue, just north of Drake Avenue - a pretty straightforward spot to locate. The park's neighborhood includes Milton Frank Stadium nearby, making it nicely integrated into the local recreational landscape.
