Merrimack Soccer Complex

Merrimack Park in Huntsville, Alabama is a sprawling sports complex primarily focused on soccer. The park is divided into two main areas: a grass field section and a turf field section.

The grass field section features 10 lighted soccer fields numbered 1 through 10. These fields are designed to accommodate various levels of play and can host large tournaments. The complex offers ample parking, with space for up to 500 vehicles, making it convenient for players and spectators alike.

The turf field section comprises four additional lighted fields numbered 11 through 14. These artificial turf fields provide a consistent playing surface and allow for extended use, even in less favorable weather conditions.

Merrimack Park includes an Administration Building on the east side of the complex. This building houses the main office, a large meeting room with restrooms, a full-service concession area, and a referees' lounge. For visitors' convenience, picnic tables are placed near the concession area and at the north and south ends of the building.

The park's location at the corner of Triana Boulevard and Linden Avenue, just north of Drake Avenue, makes it easily accessible. Its proximity to other local landmarks, such as Milton Frank Stadium, further enhances its integration into the community's recreational landscape.
