The basketball court got a major facelift in 2019, with none other than Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry making an appearance at the unveiling. The renovated court now sports colorful graphics and inspirational phrases chosen by Curry himself.

Kids gravitate toward the playground area, which underwent a thoughtful transformation in 2014. A collaboration between ABC7 News and the non-profit KaBOOM! brought new life to this play space, reflecting the community's dedication to keeping Concordia vibrant for its youngest visitors.

Parents can relax at the picnic tables with benches positioned near the playground, meant for keeping an eye on the little ones while enjoying lunch. You can find additional tables dotted around the grounds if you're looking for a more secluded spot.
