As of 2025, Durley Park is undergoing significant improvements funded by a $7.1 million grant from the state's "Outdoors for All" initiative. These enhancements aim to expand and renovate existing facilities, making the park more accessible and enjoyable for all community members. Planned additions include a bike pump track, skate park, walking and jogging track with lighting, exercise equipment, and new picnic areas with BBQ spaces.
The renovation project also includes upgrades to existing features, such as renovating the four baseball fields with new lighting, adding lighting to the basketball courts, and improving the irrigation system and landscaping throughout the park. These improvements are designed to modernize the park's facilities and create a more inviting space for recreation and community gatherings.
