El Parque de la Paz spans 5 acres of public land in Thousand Oaks, California. Acquired in 1986 and completed in 1989, the park is dotted with majestic oak trees that provide natural beauty and shade.
The park's name translates to "The Peace Park" in English, reflecting its tranquil atmosphere. It serves as a neighborhood park, primarily catering to residents within walking distance.

This five-bedroom home has served various purposes over the years, including as a real estate office, convalescent home, and most recently, housing for the Conejo Recreation and Park District's sports office and Therapeutic Unit's independent life skills program.
Due to structural concerns, the building is currently unoccupied and fenced off for safety reasons.
