Found in northwest Jacksonville's Harborview section, Forest View Park has been a neighborhood fixture since 1957, when this area first began to take shape. South of Soutel Drive, this green oasis has evolved alongside the community it serves, with notable upgrades as recently as 2004 that expanded what the park has to offer to locals looking for some outdoor time.
