This urban retreat didn't happen by accident. It was the result of teamwork between the City of Boise, the Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC), and Eleven Eleven West Jefferson, LLC. The park actually addresses public feedback from 2016 workshops where locals expressed a need for more public spaces in the evolving Westside Downtown Boise neighborhood.
