A Glimpse of Green in South End

Situated in Boston's South End neighborhood, Peters Park is a 3.7-acre urban oasis that's been bringing the community together since 1976. The park is named after George and Sadie Peters from the Syrian-Lebanese community who advocated for its creation. The park is just a short walk from the Tufts Medical Center Orange Line stop.

The park features basketball courts with spectator benches, tennis courts that double as pickleball courts, wall ball courts for handball players, and a little league baseball field. While most facilities are in good shape, you might notice some fresh walkways - signs of the park's ongoing glow-up.
