Cloverdale Park

A Little Oasis Off Pontiac Trail

Cloverdale Park in Ann Arbor may be small at just 1.75 acres, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in charm. This space offers a quiet spot away from the bustle of everyday life, with rolling hills, plenty of greenery, and trees that provide welcome shade on sunny Michigan afternoons.

Fun for the Little Ones (and the Young at Heart)

Kids will get a kick out of the modern play structure that goes beyond your typical playground equipment. With floating islands to hop across, slides for that stomach-dropping thrill, and interactive musical features that bring a soundtrack to playtime, it's a hit with the younger crowd. There's also a picnic table where you can catch your breath while the kids play, or bring lunch for an impromptu outdoor meal.

Got a basketball fan in the family? The basketball court offers a place to shoot some hoops or play a pickup game with neighbors.

Where Neighbors Become Friends

Local initiatives like "Love-a-Park Day" showcase how residents care for this shared space and appreciate having green areas within walking distance.

While it's not the largest park in Ann Arbor, Cloverdale's design makes good use of its space, creating a welcoming environment for nearby residents.
