This spot spans 10 acres of fenced grassland, giving your four-legged friend plenty of room to zoom around off-leash. It's one of the largest dog parks in the area, so there's no shortage of space for your pup to burn off energy and make some new friends.

Features

The park thoughtfully divides into separate areas for the little guys under 20 pounds and their larger counterparts, ensuring everyone can play safely regardless of size. Both sections offer generous space, so no dog feels cramped during their adventure. Just a heads up - the open field terrain can turn into a bit of a mud fest after rain or during thaw seasons.

A walking trail wraps around the park's perimeter, well-suited for getting your own steps in while Fido explores. Need a breather? Several benches dot the landscape, some tucked under shade trees, offering a wonderful spot to relax and watch the doggy socializing unfold.

You'll find waste stations with bags and trash cans around the grounds - making it easy to clean up after your pup. A parking lot sits right next to the park, but it can get pretty full during rush hour, particularly around 5 PM on weekdays when everyone's stopping by after work.

Access Information

You'll need an annual permit to access the off-leash areas, available from the Ann Arbor City Clerk's Office. This permit system helps ensure all the dogs playing together are properly vaccinated and registered - keeping everyone safe and healthy.

The park welcomes visitors daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, so early birds and night owls alike can find time for a visit.
