Situated in the Victory neighborhood of Minneapolis, Victory Park offers a welcoming green space right beside Victory Memorial Drive, which is part of the scenic Grand Rounds Scenic Byway system. Neighbors gather and visitors relax here, particularly during the warm-weather music in the park concerts held under open skies.

Dedicated back in 1921, the drive stands as a solemn tribute to Hennepin County service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in World War I. Though the park itself is separate, there's something meaningful about relaxing in a space that neighbors such a poignant memorial.
