Cedar Hills Park is a 38.5-acre public recreational area located in North Raleigh, North Carolina. Established in 1975, this wooded park offers a diverse range of outdoor activities and amenities for visitors of all ages.
The park is known for its challenging 18-hole disc golf course, which is one of only three in Raleigh. The course winds through the scenic, undeveloped portions of the park, featuring concrete tees and a mix of wooded and hilly terrain. It is considered one of the most challenging courses in the Triangle area, providing a test of skill for disc golf enthusiasts.
Sports Facilities
Cedar Hills Park also caters to various other sports and recreational activities. The park includes tennis courts, a basketball court with a concrete surface, and a softball field.
For younger visitors, there are two playground areas with woodchip surfaces, designed for different age groups: one for children aged 2-5 and another for those aged 5-12.
