Honeycutt Park is a 30-acre public park located in North Raleigh, North Carolina. Established in 1996, the park offers a variety of recreational facilities for visitors of all ages.
The park features two separate playground areas designed for different age groups: one for children aged 2-5 and another for those aged 5-12. Both playgrounds have a woodchip surface for safety.
Sports Amenities
The park includes several athletic facilities, catering to various sports enthusiasts. There is a lit baseball field, a basketball court, and a sand volleyball court.

Picnic Areas
For those seeking a more relaxed experience, Honeycutt Park offers a large picnic shelter with a capacity of 48 people. The shelter is equipped with six tables and two grills, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or community events.

Natural Features
Nature enthusiasts can enjoy the Honeycutt Greenway, which skirts the park. This greenway is part of a larger project to connect the existing Mine Creek Greenway Corridor to the South Shore Trail on Falls Lake, offering extended walking and biking opportunities.
Its location on the outskirts of a suburban area, near the beginning of wooded areas, offers a blend of developed recreational space and natural surroundings.
