Nestled in the Knollwood neighborhood, C.I. Beaver Park offers a cozy playground where kids can burn off energy and make new friends. You'll come across a modest swingset alongside the main play equipment - nothing fancy, but ideal for an afternoon of outdoor fun. There's also a basketball court for those who want to shoot some hoops.

The park's walking trail winds through the grounds, good for a peaceful stroll or a quick workout. A charming little creek accompanies parts of the path, adding a soothing soundtrack to your walk. Thanks to some dedicated local scouts who recently cleared away invasive honeysuckle, the trails are now more accessible than ever.

C.I. Beaver Hall

At the heart of the park stands C.I. Beaver Hall, a 2,508-square-foot space excellent for gatherings both large and small. The hall can technically fit up to 140 people with tables and chairs, but it feels most comfortable with 100 or fewer guests.

The air-conditioned venue comes equipped with a separate prep kitchen and an additional side room, making it versatile enough for various occasions - from birthday celebrations and holiday parties to business meetings and graduation gatherings. The restrooms are on the smaller side, which works fine for intimate events but might get a bit crowded during larger functions.

Community Space

Located in a quiet residential area of Beavercreek, just off Dayton-Xenia Road, this park offers a green space away from busier areas. The tree-filled setting provides a nice spot where locals often gather.

There's plenty of parking available for visitors, however you might want to set up some additional signage if you're hosting an event - the park's secluded location can make it a bit tricky for first-timers to find. C.I. Beaver Park combines recreational areas with event space in a natural setting.
