St. Andrews Park

St Andrews Park is a public recreation area located in Columbia, South Carolina. The park, which opened in May 2012, serves the St. Andrews community and surrounding areas of Richland County.

The centerpiece of St Andrews Park is its modern recreation facility. This facility houses a gymnasium, fitness room with exercise equipment, and multiple multi-purpose rooms that can be used for meetings or various classes such as Zumba, karate, and taekwondo. The building also contains a kitchen area.

Outdoor amenities at St Andrews Park include lighted tennis courts, soccer fields, and baseball fields. For younger visitors, there is a playground area. The park grounds provide space for picnics and casual outdoor recreation.

One of the park's most popular features is its swimming pool, which offers residents a place to cool off and exercise during the warmer months. The pool area is equipped with outdoor restroom facilities for visitor convenience.

St Andrews Park was built to replace an older park facility from the late 1970s, providing updated amenities and expanded recreational opportunities for the community. The park is managed by the Richland County Recreation Commission and is open to the public.
