If you're looking to get some fresh air, the park's 0.465-mile bike and hike trail winds through the grounds, suitable for both casual strolls and exercise. Need a quick way to track your distance? Three laps equals about a mile - simple math for your workout goals. Tennis enthusiasts can take advantage of the tennis courts, while pickleball players can use the courts marked on an older tennis surface (just remember to bring your own net).

Family-Friendly Areas

Got kids with energy to burn? Cliff Nelson Park features two playground areas designed with different age groups in mind: one for the little ones aged 2-5 and another for school-aged children between 5-12. The larger playground is particularly great for older kids who need more challenging play structures.
