Judy Guse-Noritake, who passed away in 2022 at the age of 68, was a longstanding Alexandria resident and served on the Park & Recreation Commission for 20 years. She was known for her tireless efforts in environmental policy and advocacy, contributing significantly to the improvement of parks and natural spaces in the city.
