Waverly Park is an 8.8-acre public park located in Thousand Oaks, California. Acquired in 1973 and developed in 1974, this pine-studded park sits adjacent to the Conejo Valley Adult School.

One of the park's notable features is its baseball field, which is situated on property belonging to the Conejo Valley Unified School District. In the southeast corner of the park, visitors will find an orchard that serves as an extension of the Las Flores Community Garden, adding a unique agricultural element to the park's landscape.

In 2016, Waverly Park underwent significant improvements to enhance its offerings. These upgrades included the relocation and renovation of the play area, the addition of new fitness stations, and the expansion of the walking path.
