Found in Las Vegas, Davis Park is a little haven that offers something for everyone. The disc golf course with three baskets winding through the park is definitely a highlight - regardless of whether you're a seasoned pro or just looking to try something new, it's a fun way to spend an afternoon. This course gives Davis Park its own special character compared to other parks in the area.

Walking and Recreation

Need to stretch your legs? The park's walking trail loops around the perimeter, fantastic for a morning jog, an evening stroll, or a casual bike ride. Many neighborhood residents make this trail part of their daily routine.

The open grassy spaces are excellent for tossing a frisbee, having an impromptu soccer match, or just sprawling out with a good book. One of our favorite things about this park is the mature trees that dot the landscape, providing welcome shade on hot Vegas days and creating peaceful, secluded spots to relax.

Family and Pet-Friendly Areas

If you've got kids in tow, the playground area has all the essentials - swings, slides, and climbing equipment suitable for different ages. It's a safe space where the little ones can burn off energy while you take a breather nearby.

Dog owners, rejoice! While there's no fenced dog park, the dog-friendly grassy areas give your four-legged friends plenty of room to run and play. Even when the park gets busy, there's enough space for everyone to coexist comfortably - humans and canines alike.

Amenities

Planning to make a day of it? You can find picnic areas with tables and BBQ grills - ideal for family gatherings or casual weekend cookouts. There are water fountains available for both you and your pets when you need to hydrate.

One important heads-up: despite what some sources might say, there are no restroom facilities at the park. While Davis Park isn't the biggest green space in Vegas, it makes smart use of its footprint, packing in a variety of activities and amenities that make it a valued spot for the local community.
