You can reserve this space for special occasions or simply show up and claim it if it's available. Additional picnic tables are scattered throughout the grounds, so you'll never struggle to find a spot to enjoy your outdoor meal.

The playground is a hit with the younger crowd (designed for ages 5-12) and includes swings where kids can burn off energy in a safe, spacious environment. When nature calls or you need to refill your water bottle, you'll discover clean restroom facilities and a water fountain conveniently located nearby.

In 2015, the park got a facelift with a brand new playground installation. This upgrade came about through a combination of community advocacy and grant funding - a testament to how much locals value this green space.

Don't miss the mural by local artist Claire Alexandre at the park entrance. Beyond adding color and creativity, it helps slow down traffic near where families enter the park.
