Tucked away in midtown Tulsa, Florence Park is a pleasant 5-acre retreat in its namesake neighborhood. Since the 1920s, this modest but inviting space has been where locals come to breathe a little easier under the canopy of mature trees that dapple the grounds with welcome shade.

Play & Recreation Options

The playground is divided into two sections - one area for the little ones (0-4) and another for older children (5-12). The playground features metal insect sculptures that double as climbing structures. While you won't find traditional swings, these quirky metal creatures more than make up for it with their unique charm.

For the more actively inclined, the park offers two tennis courts and four pickleball courts ready for your next match. There's also plenty of open grass where you can toss a frisbee, have a casual picnic, or simply lie back and cloud-watch.
