About the Location
Natural Features
At the heart of Amazon Park is Amazon Creek, which flows through the park. The creek and surrounding wetlands provide important habitat for local wildlife. Walking paths and trails wind through the park, allowing visitors to explore the natural areas and observe native plants and animals.

Recreation Facilities
The park features extensive sports and recreation facilities. These include ball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, and soccer fields. There is also a popular outdoor swimming pool open during summer months.
For dog owners, the park has both a 3-acre off-leash area for dogs of all sizes and a separate 0.5-acre area for small dogs under 25 pounds.
Community Amenities
Amazon Park contains two community centers - the Amazon Community Center and the Hilyard Community Center. These offer various classes, workshops and programs for all ages.

Trails and Paths
