The park's land forms a narrow strip between the lake and surrounding infrastructure, offering a combination of natural and recreational features.
History and Improvements
The park was acquired by the Minneapolis Park system through a land exchange and has seen improvements over the years. In 2015, a floating dock, pathways, bike racks, and new plantings were added to enhance the visitor experience.
Canoe racks were also introduced in 2018, making it easier for water enthusiasts to enjoy the lake.
